We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reliability, and productivity. The role involves working closely with engineering, IT, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities for automation and deliver scalable solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Focused on designing and implementing end to end automation process solutions that meets customer requirements using RPA products such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath
• Evaluate customer processes and make recommendations about their potential and suitability for RPA and work effort estimation
• Work closely with sales to provide demos and technical due diligence in the pre-sales cycle.
• Design and develop RPA process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions and development best practice.
• Provide training over the web or in-person to customer and mentor teammates
• Provide post-support of implemented RPA processes
• Maintain a current and thorough understanding of Automation Anywhere products and services.

Job Requirements

• Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Experience developing and implementing automated RPA processes or suitable wider development experience.
• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
• Experience with .NET 3.5 and higher Framework (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Entity Framework or Hibernate)/Java Development/PHP Development
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Ajax, Jquery, XML
• Should have knowledge or working experience with database like SQL Server, MySQL
• Experience with SDLC process; Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel.
• Having good command on Web Design Patterns
• Good knowledge of various Data Structures and Optimization techniques.
• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
• Highly motivated and resilient and able to adapt to change
