Job Description
Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, tenders, cost estimates, and bills of quantities
- Measure quantities based on drawings, site measurements, and project requirements
- Source and request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Compare prices and prepare costing summaries
- Assist in project budget control and cost tracking
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
- Follow up on quotations, invoices, payment claims, and project-related costing matters
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team on project costing and commercial matters
- Manage and monitor quotations, invoices, payment follow-up, and project records.
- Use company software to prepare and manage quotations, invoices, payment tracking, and related records
- Assist in checking drawings and project specifications for costing purposes
- Prepare simple cutting lists and material quantity calculations when required
- Attend site visits or site measurements where necessary
- Support tender submission and project documentation
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for all contracts, quotations, and claims
- Work closely with management and operations team to support project execution and commercial control
