OT Security Lead / Security Architect (Tenable.OT & PAM)

As OT Security Lead / Security Architect, you will lead the pilot implementation of Tenable.OT and Beyond Trust. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with approved security standards and acting as the primary technical and delivery point of contact to ensure
the mission's success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO | JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:

• Lead the implementation of Tenable.OT and Beyond Trust specifically for OT and critical infrastructure environments.
• Monitor and oversee OT asset visibility, discovery validation, and access governance.
• Understand and ensure alignment with existing approved architectures, standards, and security baselines.
• Identify and document site-specific deviations, risks, and dependencies.
• Work closely with customer stakeholders and site teams to act as the primary liaison.
• Collaborate with teams to validate privileged access workflows, policies, and controls.
• Develop the rollout playbook while supporting pilot validation, stabilization, and stakeholder sign-off.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING | REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | YOUR PROFILE
The top candidate will have the following skills:

• 8+ years of experience in OT / ICS / Infrastructure Security.
• Experience with OT security tools (Tenable.OT or similar) and Privileged Access
• Management (Beyond Trust preferred).
• Ability to lead pilots and translate outcomes into scalable rollout models.
• A passion to work within data center or industrial environments.
• An undying concern about OT network segmentation and access controls.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) - bilingual or near-native level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - this is a client-facing role that involves frequent interaction via email, calls, and meetings.

  • Experience with hyperscale DC environments.
  • Ability to apply familiarity with IEC 62443 / NIST / OT security frameworks.
