Client is one of the leading re-insurance with presence in Asia.

About the Role

Due to business explanation, they are actively looking for pricing actuarial to join their team in Malaysia. (2 roles)

Responsibilities

• Lead the pricing strategy for protection product in Japan or Thailand or other SEA market
• Provide timely and accurate delivery of pricing terms and product development solutions to clients
• Collaborate with various teams including underwriting and marketing team on develop pricing solution to clients
• Maintain regulator client contract especially with their risk management product and pricing teams
• Support local business units for effective pricing techniques and methodology.

Qualifications

• Actuarial background with around 5-10 years in life insurance, reinsurance, or consulting.

Required Skills

• Reinsurance business development, client management or pricing experience in Asia countries would be highly preferred.
• Able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English
