Role Overview
We’re looking for an AI Test Automation Developer to help build a smarter, more scalable approach to UAT. You’ll use LLMs, browser/API automation, and agentic workflows to turn product requirements into executable test scenarios, run them automatically, capture clear evidence, and make the results easy for Product Managers to review and approve.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build an AI-assisted pipeline that drafts UAT test cases from requirements/user stories (e.g., from Jira/Confluence).
- Build agentic execution capability - using Claude to drive through UAT scenarios in a browser or via API, capturing evidence (results, screenshots, traces) rather than requiring a person to click through every flow.
- Build regression execution on top of the same pipeline so previously validated UAT scenarios can be re-run automatically against new builds.
- Design output and reporting so a non-technical reviewer (a PM) can quickly validate what the AI did and why, and confidently sign off — or reject and flag what's wrong.
- Work with our Product/PMO partner to understand what PMs actually need to trust and use this tooling, and iterate the pipeline against real feedback rather than in isolation.
- Flag data-handling and compliance considerations early - what test data or environment access is appropriate to expose to an LLM-based tool, and work with security/compliance to get the right approvals before going near real or sensitive data.
Requirements
- Strong software background - this is a build role, not a power-user/configuration role.
- Experience integrating with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) in a production or near-production context.
- Experience with agent-style orchestration and/or browser automation (e.g., Playwright, or agentic frameworks built on top of it).
- Comfortable designing for non-determinism - structured output validation, retries, human-review gates - rather than treating LLM output as ground truth.
