About the Role
We are looking for a committed Site Engineer to coordinate, monitor, and ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role involves close collaboration with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with specifications, quality, and safety standards
• Assist in planning and coordination of project activities to meet project timeline and objectives
• Prepare and submit technical drawings, work programmes, and material samples for client or main contractor approval
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support when required
• Assist in the preparation of monthly progress claims and project costing
• Conduct preliminary site surveys and support site setting-out activities
• Participate in project planning and provide input on implementation matters
• Coordinate with site supervisors and sub-contractors to ensure all works comply with regulatory and client requirements
• Maintain proper project documentation, including drawings and filing systems
• Monitor site progress and workmanship to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Able to work independently, possess initiative and responsible.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Autocad or other project Management Software
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
