TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Candidates with experience in mechanical maintenance, static equipment, piping, fabrication, installation, shutdown/turnaround or plant maintenance will have an advantage.

- Experience working at Oil & Gas / petrochemical / power plant is an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles and site execution.

- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical documents.

- Familiarity with method statements, procedures, JSA/HIRARC, inspection requirements and work permits.

- Basic knowledge of project scheduling and progress monitoring.

- Good documentation and reporting skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Monitor and supervise daily mechanical work activities at project/site.

- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, specifications, procedures and project requirements.

- Coordinate daily activities with supervisors, foremen, technicians, subcontractors and other site personnel.

- Monitor manpower, equipment, tools and materials required for project execution.

- Identify site issues, constraints and potential delays and report them to the Project Manager.

- Ensure work is completed according to the approved project schedule and priorities.

- Act as one of the company's site representatives for day-to-day coordination with the client.

- Liaise with client representatives regarding work progress, site requirements, access, work fronts and technical matters.

- Attend site meetings, coordination meetings and toolbox / planning discussions where required.

- Communicate client instructions to the project execution team and ensure appropriate follow-up.

- Maintain good professional relationships with client representatives.

- Maintain proper project and site documentation.

- Ensure project records are properly updated and submitted within the required timeframe.

- Assist in preparing documentation required for project handover and close-out.

- Ensure all work activities are carried out in compliance with company and client HSE requirements.

- Participate in toolbox meetings, site inspections and safety briefings.

- Ensure workers under the assigned work scope comply with site safety requirements.

- Compile relevant project completion records and documentation.

-Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel to Kapar, Selangor.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
