Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.
• Manage accounting transactions related to payment processing, merchant settlements, and company operations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including account reconciliation and preparation of financial reports.
• Support FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist in group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Monitor invoices, payments, collections, and outstanding balances to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Assist in managing tax matters, SST, statutory submissions, and audit requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams, auditors, tax agents, and other external parties on finance and accounting matters.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Assist in improving accounting processes and controls to support the company's growing fintech operations.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Hands-on experience in AP, AR, GL, FP&A, and/or consolidation.
• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or technology companies is an advantage.
• Experience in tax matters, SST, audit, and statutory submissions is an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM6,000

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
