We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B Supervisor to join our team and support the smooth daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead and guide the service team during daily operations.
• Ensure excellent guest service and promptly address guest feedback or concerns.
• Maintain service, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with staff scheduling, briefings, training, and development.
• Monitor outlet setup, stock levels, equipment, and operating supplies.
• Support promotions, events, functions, and other F&B activities.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest-focused with a positive and hands-on attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork and basic problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
