Role Description The Business Solutions Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This position focuses on understanding client business needs, analyzing current processes, and proposing tailored sales and marketing solutions aligned with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating implementation of solutions, and tracking performance. The Business Solutions Consultant collaborates closely with internal sales and project teams to ensure effective execution, continuous improvement, and high client satisfaction. The role also involves staying current on market trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations and strategic insights.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess business performance, interpret data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills to evaluate client operations and recommend effective, scalable solutions.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to engage prospects, build relationships, and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and monitor solution implementation and timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Previous experience in consulting, sales, or business development is preferred; exposure to outsourced sales and marketing is an advantage.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is beneficial.
