Client Support Specialist – Rotational Schedule

Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries and provide professional support through various communication channels.
• Assist clients with questions, requests, and service-related issues.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions based on established procedures.
• Follow up on unresolved cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of client interactions and cases.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex enquiries when necessary.
• Deliver a positive service experience while meeting operational and quality standards.

Working Schedule

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Rotational shifts are required, including weekends and public holidays where applicable.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate professionally with clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous customer service, client support, call centre, or related experience is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
