We are a wellness and massage centre in Singapore. The Management Executive supports the Director in running daily operations and ensures the outlet runs smoothly, efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, service quality and customer flow.
• Plan and manage staff rosters, attendance and leave records, and coordinate manpower across shifts.
• Supervise and coordinate therapists and front-desk staff, conduct briefings, and arrange training on service standards and hygiene.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints, and follow up to resolve issues promptly.
• Manage inventory of consumables (oils, towels, linens, supplies), place orders and liaise with vendors.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales, customer traffic, staff performance and operating costs for management review.
• Monitor and control operating expenses, and assist in budgeting and pricing reviews.
• Ensure compliance with licensing conditions, the Massage Establishments Act, workplace safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain administrative records, including staff files, work pass documents and company correspondence.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and promotions, including social media and membership programmes.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or a related field.
• At least [1–2] years of experience in operations, administration or supervisory roles, preferably in wellness, spa, retail or F&B.
• Good organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead and coordinate a team, and handle customers professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and able to learn booking/POS systems.
• Able to communicate in English. Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and staff.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays on a rotating shift basis.
