Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Support plant reliability by ensuring high availability and stable performance of E&I equipment and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults, analyse recurring failures, and implement corrective or improvement actions.
• Maintain and support systems such as switchgear, MCCs, transformers, UPS, generators, VFDs, motors, PLC, DCS, SIS/ESD, HMI, and SCADA.
• Manage calibration activities, loop checks, functional testing, and system performance improvement works.
• Support E&I activities during plant shutdowns, turnarounds, commissioning, start-ups, and plant recovery works.
• Provide E&I support for CAPEX projects, plant modifications, and Management of Change activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to required standards.
• Ensure all E&I maintenance activities comply with HSE, regulatory, and plant safety requirements.
• Support maintenance budgeting, spare parts planning, inventory control, technical documentation, and CMMS updates.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and continuous improvement support to maintenance teams and contractors.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Control & Automation Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant E&I maintenance experience in chemical, petrochemical, polymer, or manufacturing plant environments.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems, instrumentation, DCS, PLC, SIS, and industrial automation systems.
• Knowledge of reliability maintenance, failure analysis, risk assessment, and Management of Change processes.
• Familiar with SAP PM, GSAP, CMMS, or equivalent maintenance systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Safety-conscious, improvement-driven, and committed to plant reliability and operational excellence.
• Willing to support plant operations, shutdowns, commissioning, contractor supervision, emergency response, and after-hours call-outs when required.
