Able to lead, train, and coach team members to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

Manage and handle daily production purchasing, inventory, stock control, and work schedules.

Willing to learn and participate in the entire production process, from the initial stage to the completion and finishing of the products.

Perform cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance of production machines and equipment.

Responsible for the overall manufacturing process, including purchasing, material withdrawal, material issuance, production, and final handover to the warehouse.

Create, maintain, and update the SAP system and ensure that production records are accurately maintained.

Update, record, and maintain ISO-related documentation and records.

Responsible for supporting internal and external audit processes and ensuring that the required documentation is properly prepared and maintained.

Cooperate with different departments to ensure that production activities are carried out according to the scheduled production plan.

Perform other tasks and assignments as assigned by the Superior or Management.

Requirements:
Secondary education or equivalent.

Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear the required cleanroom jumpsuit.

Knowledge of GMP requirements and cleanroom operations will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work overtime when required and willing to work rotating shifts.

Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
