Responsibilities
- Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
- Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.
- Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Assesses safety and finance goals.
- Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors.
- Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
- Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
- Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
- Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
- Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
- Maintains a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Need to manage construction workers efficiently and monitor the progress closely.
- Able to work in any shifts and in holidays, if required for any project urgency.
