Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Order Processing Coordinator reports to the Head of Supply Chain and is responsible to ensure that sales orders are processed and delivered to customers in good condition and on schedule through managing schedules, ensuring adequacy of sales-related equipment and/or material and processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
5.1 Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and in timely manner.
5.2 Handle and manage all sales divisions’ orders and requests with professionalism.
5.3 Handle day to day transactional activities.
5.4 Liaise with relevant internal parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfilment.
5.5 Monitor and follow up on pending orders and backlog statuses.
5.6 All local purchases on Sales related orders
5.7 Negotiate price with supplier
5.8 COO Application
5.9 Price Comparison
5.10 Key in cash sales order (excel file) & monitor back to back payment to supplier with finance
5.11 Prepared cash voucher
5.12 Prepared CIPL
5.13 Goods Return Processing
5.14 Monitor Local Indent Fund
5.15 Any other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification and Experience
· GCE ‘A’ Levels or its equivalent
· 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in order fulfilment management or logistics operations preferably in Marine/Offshore industry
· Preferably with knowledge of SAP / Asurix
Skills and Abilities
· Service-oriented mind-set and attitude and able to deal with non-routine operations situations
· Meticulous and independent individual, with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
· Ability to multi-task and cope with stress in fast paced environment
