Our Client

We are partnering with a growing engineering and construction company that is looking for a Senior QA/QC Engineer to support project quality management, site inspection, testing, and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC plans, ITPs, and inspection checklists for projects.
• Manage NCRs, punch lists, and quality-related project close-out activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on quality-related matters.
• Conduct site inspections and witness testing, inspection, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, records, and project documentation.
• Support the project team in testing and commissioning, including commissioning-related activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in construction or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in site quality control and QA/QC activities.
• Familiar with preparing and managing ITP, PQP, MOS, and other QA/QC documentation.
• Experience with weekly and monthly QA/QC reporting.
• Able to independently manage NCR processes, including follow-up and closure.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is required.
• Knowledge or certification in QLASSIC is an added advantage.
• Good coordination, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Senior candidates may be considered for a higher-level position.
