We're Hiring: Solution Architect

Location: Singapore

Are you passionate about designing scalable enterprise solutions and driving digital transformation? We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a high-performing Architecture team and lead the design of innovative, cloud-first solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture initiatives that support enterprise digital transformation.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native microservices architectures.
• Drive AI and Generative AI adoption to improve automation and business capabilities.
• Conduct proof of concepts (POCs), technical evaluations, and feasibility assessments for emerging technologies.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.
• Develop AI-driven solutions that enhance customer, distributor, and partner experiences.
• Produce architecture blueprints and present solutions at architecture governance forums.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, data governance, and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate vendor technologies for scalability, resiliency, security, and business fit.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong experience in Digital Transformation and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies.
• Expertise in Cloud-Native Microservices Architecture using:
• Spring Boot
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Experience with one or more cloud platforms:
• Microsoft Azure
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Strong understanding of:
• Application Security
• Agile methodologies
• DevOps
• CI/CD
• Architecture-as-Code
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Cloud or AI-related professional certifications are highly desirable.
