LQV also runs 1 outlet in Singapore and 1 outlet in Paris. LQV will also develop in the next few years by opening new outlets in Hong Kong and/or abroad.

LQV is looking for his new Sommelier - Waiter for a new Restaurant concept in Sheung Wan.

LQV is looking for a dynamic profile that knows sommellerie and is ready to develop the activity in Hong Kong and abroad. Job offer with potential quick evolution.

LQV is a place where client will enjoy an exceptional French wine selection (+1500 French Wines) to pair with Fine French food served in a casual and friendly space.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for the wine service
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Maximize the wine sales
• Wine pairing
• Be flexible and multitasks and help on the food service side when necessary
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in sommellerie
• Proficient in managing the floor during busy services without compromising the quality of the service standard set by the company.
• Strong operational skills in a customer service environment
• Good communication & motivational skills
• Proactive, disciplined and punctual
• English speaking is a must, Mandarin, Cantonese or French speaking is a plus
