About the Role

The Assistant Manager, Data Analytics & Management supports data management, analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring functions to facilitate operational excellence, quality improvement, and informed decision-making. The incumbent will manage data collection and validation processes, develop reports and dashboards, perform analysis of operational and performance indicators, and support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage operational and performance datasets, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities

• Maintain databases, repositories, and reporting systems

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and management reports

• Conduct routine and ad hoc analyses to identify trends and performance issues

• Apply analytical and statistical methods to support departmental reporting and improvement initiatives

• Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for management, committees, and external submissions

• Monitor departmental and institutional KPIs and conduct performance analysis and benchmarking exercises

• Assist stakeholders in developing and refining performance indicators

• Provide data-driven recommendations based on trends and findings

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements

• Provide data and analysis to support business cases, resource planning, and operational decision-making

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

• Support departmental projects, audits, and accreditation activities as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence, with exposure to dashboard development, automation, and performance reporting preferred

• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Microsoft Excel, and data visualisation tools

• Experience in healthcare operations, quality improvement, or performance monitoring is an advantage

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data analytics methodologies

• Familiarity with SQL, database management, and data modelling

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights

• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
