Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and own high-impact Flutter app features end-to-end.
• Drive app performance (battery, memory, launch time, data usage).
• Write clean, testable Dart code using MVVM/Clean Architecture and TDD.
• Partner with Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality, bug-free releases.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in mobile development (3+ years in Flutter/Dart).
• Strong grasp of OOP, TDD, Reactive Programming, and Dependency Injection.
• Proven track record with Clean Architecture (e.g., MVVM), CI/CD, and crash analytics.
• Strong ownership, clear communication, and mentorship skills.
• AI-assisted code development tools.
• Native iOS/Android or Backend development experience.
• Experience working with global/overseas teams.
