Hiring: Marketing Executive

Location: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,500 (Based on qualifications & experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Management

• Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Assist in brand-building activities to increase brand awareness and market presence.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.

Event Management

• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, customer events, and promotional activities.
• Manage event logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event reporting.
• Support customer engagement activities and ensure a positive event experience.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage company social media platforms and content scheduling.
• Create engaging marketing content to increase brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign and social media performance, providing recommendations for improvement.

Marketing Materials & Reporting

• Design marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
• Prepare brochures, presentations, posters, and other promotional materials.
• Generate marketing reports and campaign performance analysis for management.

Client Support

• Assist in maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare marketing proposals and client presentations when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proficient in Canva or other graphic design software.
• Experience in organizing events, exhibitions, roadshows, or trade shows.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin speaker is preferred to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.

Added Advantage

• Experience in merchandising, retail, FMCG, agriculture related industries, brand activation, or customer engagement activities
