Key Responsibility:

1. Corporate Finance & Banking Compliance

· Coordinate the documentation and execution of major corporate drawdowns.

· Manage annual and periodic bank reviews, ensuring all financial covenants, information undertakings, and compliance requirements are met to maintain facilities in good standing. Monitor group cash flow through weekly Money Market Placements and manage Revolving Credit (RC) rollovers to ensure continuous liquidity.

· Setup of new corporate bank accounts and the implementation of online banking systems to enhance operational efficiency.

· Manage the administrative process for the discharge of land titles, involving close coordination with legal firms and financial institutions.

2. Financial Reporting & Portfolio Management

· Maintain independent and accurate full-set accounts for a portfolio of companies, ensuring all entries comply with accounting standards.

· Manage the month-end and year-end closing cycles, ensuring management accounts are ready for review and audit within stipulated timelines.

· Act as the primary liaison for external auditors; review draft reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies to ensure the integrity of statutory financial statements.

3. Statutory & Tax Compliance

· Prepare and submit Tax Estimations (CP204/CP204A) and annual tax filings (Form C). Perform forward-looking tax computations for upcoming Years of Assessment (YA)

· Ensure all property development-related submissions are filed on time.

· Monitor and manage the e-invoice portal to ensure all transactions are captured in alignment with LHDN requirements.

Key requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in Corporate Finance, Audit and Tax Background

Preferred from Property Development or related industries

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related

ACCA or LCCI preferred

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
