We're Spacepik! A fast-growing food content platform run by Buldok's Multimedia team, and we're building our core crew to take over KL's food scene, one viral video at a time!

What We Actually Do:

• Visit the best (and hidden-gem) restaurants and experiences across KL
• Film and edit short-form videos that actually drive results for the brands we work with - think full restaurants, long queues, and sold-out menus
• Work directly with an energetic, fast-moving multimedia team
• Constantly chase trends, ideas, and what's blowing up next on TikTok/IG/XHS

Workstyle: In-office, KL-based, fast-paced and hands-on

You'll Love This Role If You:

• Love scouting new cafes, restaurants, and hidden gems before anyone else finds them
• Are glued to TikTok / IG / XHS and always know what's trending
• Enjoy chatting with brands and venues, and turning outreach into real collabs
• Have edited short-form videos before - not just experimented, but produced content with real intention
• Get pacing, hooks, and sound design, and know what makes someone stop scrolling
• Can study a reference and nail the style: fast-paced, visually sharp, hook-first
• Like filming on location, from handheld shots to those irresistible food detail close-ups
• Want to bring fresh campaign ideas, giveaways, and growth hacks to the table
• Are curious about AI tools and love using them in your editing and production process
• Take initiative: you surface ideas and flag issues without waiting to be asked
• Speak confident English (Mandarin is a big plus!)

What You'll Get To Do:

• Editing short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram in Spacepik's signature style - transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and motion graphics where it counts
• Scouting and pitching restaurants/venues for collabs (aim: 2 shoots confirmed a week)
• Filming on location: handheld shots, food detail shots, and everything in between
• Organizing raw footage and keeping files tidy so nothing gets lost
• Spacepik's weekly & monthly content calendar across TikTok and Instagram
• Shoot logistics - the who, when, where, and what and delivering edits on time, every time
• Fresh campaign & growth ideas to grow the following
• A weekly report on growth and performance

Tools & Gear You'll Use:

• Editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut – use what you love
• Gear: iPhone, DSLR, Osmo (as needed for shoots)
• Planning: content calendars, scheduling tools, AI tools to speed up your workflow
• Comms: DM & enquiry management across TikTok and Instagram
• Studio perks: MacBook, dual monitors, coffee machine, snacks, fridge, and a comfortable environment for your max productivity
