Job Description:

• Focus exclusively on sourcing and identifying suitable CDD candidates across various industries and functions.

• Manage and execute the full life-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with internal teams for candidate delivery.

• Develop a solid understanding of position requirements and job specifications provided by client.

• Collaborate with local and regional recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.

• Maintain an active pipeline of available and qualified CDD candidates.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Work efficiently within a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.

Requirements:

• Minimal 1-2 years of working experience in Recruitment agency and ability to deal to clients, stakeholders is a MUST.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Dynamic, Team Drive, Sales Driven individual with a hyper growth mentality in learning

• Strong Team Player with a drive for success highly recommendable.

• Able to work under a face-paced sales environment, target driven and earns for ahigh commission and rewarding job.

• Able to work with different stakeholders assigned from the client such as Managers, Director, Finance, Procurement, Resourcing and more.
