Responsibilities

- Collaborates with clients to modify or tailor existing analysis or reports to meet their specific needs or identifies solutions to non-standard tasks/queries.
- Develops metrics, collects data to identify root cause of problems, measures performance against process requirements and performs cost and benefit analyses.
