What You'll Do:

Data Entry & Compilation

•⁠ ⁠Assist with data entry into the group's accounting and clinic management systems

•⁠ ⁠Support the compilation of recurring finance schedules and workbooks

Report Casting & Accuracy Checks

•⁠ ⁠Check that totals and components in management reports and schedules reconcile correctly (casting checks)

•⁠ ⁠Flag discrepancies for review before reports are finalised

Statutory Document Filing

•⁠ ⁠Assist in organising, indexing, and filing statutory and regulatory correspondence (e.g., LHDN, SSM & Kastam)

•⁠ ⁠Support the maintenance of a statutory records register

Simple Analysis & General Support

•⁠ ⁠Assist with basic variance checks and data summarisation

•⁠ ⁠Support ad hoc requests from the Finance function

What We're Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Open to penultimate/final-year students and recent fresh graduates

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

•⁠ ⁠High attention to detail

•⁠ ⁠Able to follow structured instructions and work independently once briefed

•⁠ ⁠Prior exposure to accounting software (e.g., Xero) is an advantage but not required
