Location: Sentosa, Singapore
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Two Saturdays per month: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, scheduled at least one week in advance
• Sundays: Off
• Additional weekend days may occasionally be required by prior arrangement and will be compensated with a per-day allowance.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, highly professional and discreet Personal Driver to provide safe, reliable and comfortable transportation for a private family based in Sentosa, including a young child.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with private families and young children, with a strong understanding of the standards and discretion expected in a private household environment.

The family will provide a brand-new Denza D9 luxury electric MPV, and the successful candidate must be fully comfortable operating and maintaining premium electric vehicles. Hands-on experience with luxury EVs and MPVs, including EV charging, range planning and battery care, is essential.

Discretion and confidentiality are the defining requirements of this position. The successful candidate must demonstrate sound judgement and absolute respect for the family's privacy, personal affairs, movements and daily routines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable and punctual transportation for family members, including the daily school run and children's activities.
• Drive family members to appointments, work, social engagements, activities and other destinations across Singapore.
• Plan efficient routes and proactively adapt to traffic and road conditions.
• Operate and care for the Denza D9 responsibly and professionally.
• Keep the vehicle clean, presentable and in excellent condition at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and monitor the vehicle's general condition.
• Manage EV charging at home and at public charging stations.
• Monitor battery levels, range and charging requirements, ensuring the vehicle is adequately charged for the family's schedule.
• Practise appropriate battery care and follow recommended EV charging routines.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, repairs and detailing when required.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, school bags, children's belongings and other items.
• Ensure child seats are correctly installed and used safely.
• Maintain a calm, patient and professional manner when transporting young children.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family's personal affairs, movements, schedules, guests and activities, both during and after employment.
• Maintain a professional, courteous and service-oriented approach at all times.
• Remain flexible and accommodate occasional changes to the family's schedule when arranged in advance.
• Carry out other reasonable driving- or vehicle-related duties as required by the family.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal / Family Driver, preferably supporting private families with young children.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence held for at least 10 years.
• Clean driving record, with no drink-driving history and minimal demerit points.
• Proven hands-on experience driving luxury MPVs and electric vehicles.
• Experience with the Denza D9, BYD family of EVs, or comparable premium electric MPVs will be a strong advantage.
• Comfortable with EV charging routines, range planning and basic battery care.
• Excellent knowledge of Singapore roads, routes and traffic patterns.
• Safe, defensive and confident driving style.
• Highly punctual, responsible, reliable and well-presented.
• Patient, warm and comfortable around young children.
• Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Experience supporting UHNW families, high-profile individuals or private households will be advantageous.
