Job Title: Aide Therapist / Rehabilitation Aide

Position Overview

We are seeking a enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate Aide Therapist to join our dedicated patient care team. In this role, you will work directly alongside licensed therapists (PT, OT, or Speech) to assist with patient preparation, support therapeutic exercises, and keep our clinic running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Support: Assist licensed therapists with patient setup, positioning, and non-clinical assistance during exercise programs.

• Clinic Maintenance: Keep treatment areas, equipment, and therapy rooms clean, sanitized, and well-stocked.

• Administrative Tasks: Greet patients, assist with scheduling, maintain patient flow, and complete basic administrative duties as needed.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all infection control standards and patient privacy rules (HIPAA) are strictly followed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (pursuing a degree in Kinesiology, Pre-PT/OT, Healthcare, or related field is a plus).

• Certifications: CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

• Interpersonal Skills: Warm, empathetic demeanor with strong communication and active listening skills.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients with physical mobility throughout the shift.
