A public firm is looking for an experienced GenAI Lead (Full Stack) to join their team.

Your new company

As a GenAI Lead (Full Stack), you will lead technical development of scalable enterprise applications, integrating generative AI for innovative, robust, and future-ready platform solutions.

Your new role

• Architect and develop AI-powered applications, integrating generative features and ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

• Lead teams in building secure, compliant AI systems, implementing governance frameworks and ethical development standards.

• Manage full application lifecycle, applying agile and MLOps practices to deliver efficient, high-impact AI solutions.

• Drive innovation through technical roadmaps, emerging AI research, and strategic model monitoring and versioning approaches.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring successful cross-functional project delivery.

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; AI/ML certifications are a strong advantage.

• 5-7 years in application development & AI integration, with 2+ years in hands-on generative AI implementation.

• Skilled in LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, fine-tuning, and AI model deployment.

• Proficient in Python, system design, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies.

• Proven team leadership, AI governance, ethical development, agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication.

• Experienced in multimodal AI, model evaluation, infrastructure scaling, and AI safety and testing practices.
