Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support the Company’s business and sales objectives.
- Manage the Company’s website, social media platforms and other digital channels.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing and content marketing.
- Create and manage marketing content for the website, social media, email and other digital platforms.
- Assist in the planning, filming, creation and editing of marketing videos and other visual content.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance and marketing KPIs, and prepare reports and recommendations.
- Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activities to identify marketing opportunities.
- Improve website user experience and conversion rates through appropriate CRO, landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, influencers and other marketing partners where required.
- Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.
- Perform other related marketing duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.
