We are seeking a Client Lifecycle Management professional to join a growing Private Banking team in Singapore. This is a key role supporting the Front Office across the client lifecycle, with responsibility for ensuring high-quality onboarding, periodic reviews and transaction monitoring while maintaining strong regulatory and risk standards.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to manage KYC documentation, client due diligence, source of wealth assessments, screening and risk reviews. You will also support periodic reviews and transaction monitoring by reviewing client information, identifying potential red flags and ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation.

Beyond day-to-day CLM activities, the role will contribute to process improvement and change initiatives aimed at strengthening operational efficiency, controls and the overall client experience. There will also be opportunities to engage with clients, coach Front Office teams on KYC requirements and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of KYC, periodic review and transaction monitoring within Private Banking, with a good understanding of AML/CFT requirements and MAS regulatory expectations. Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills are important, as is the ability to work closely with Front Office teams in a fast-paced environment.
