Ambition Hiring! Full Time OSC Specialist in - Ricebowl

We are partnering with a leading global financial markets organization to hire an OSC Specialist to support mission-critical market data, analytics, and trading platforms for follow-the-sun environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for production support, system monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and working closely with internal technology teams and external clients to ensure platform stability and exceptional service delivery.

Key Requirements:

4+ years of experience in application/production support within financial markets

Experience supporting market data, trading, equities, options, futures, or related platforms

Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills

Working knowledge of SQL and database querying

Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP

Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and client support

Familiarity with APIs, file transfer processes, and Agile environments is advantageous

Follow-the-sun support model (early morning coverage may be required)
