Asia Fusion Food Manufacturing Hiring! Full Time F-B Executive Assistant in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced and responsible F&B professional to work closely with our Boss / Management as a right-hand person in daily business and operations.

• Assist Boss / Management in daily business operations

• Support and monitor F&B outlet operations

• Ensure smooth daily operation and service standards

• Build, lead and motivate outlet teams

• Improve staff morale, teamwork and discipline

• Coach and develop supervisors and frontline staff

• Enhance customer service and service quality

• Monitor outlet performance and operational standards

• Identify problems and provide practical solutions

• Follow up on Management's instructions and action plans

• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, Purchasing & Marketing

• Conduct outlet visits and operational checks

• Handle urgent operational issues and follow through until resolved

• Assist with new outlet opening, training and improvement projects

• Prepare operational updates and reports for Management

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling Management matters

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3–5 years F&B / restaurant experience

• Strong experience in F&B operations

• Outlet / Area / Operations management experience is an advantage

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Good at building team spirit and staff morale

• Strong customer service mindset

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Able to handle pressure and multiple priorities

• Willing to travel between outlets when required

• Mandarin communication skills is required
