About the role

Radiant Minds Education Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time Daycare Teacher to join our team in Puncak Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children during their crucial developmental years. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be instrumental in creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential social, emotional, and cognitive skills. This role is pivotal to our commitment to providing high-quality childcare and tuition services to our community.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and ensuring the safety, well-being, and hygiene of all children in your care throughout the day

• Building positive relationships with children and fostering a secure, supportive classroom environment

• Observing and documenting children's progress, development, and behaviour to track learning milestones and identify areas for support

• Assisting with daily routines including meals, snack times, homework guidance.

• Collaborating with colleagues to support the overall functioning of the daycare centre and contributing to a positive team atmosphere

• Following all safeguarding policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure child protection and welfare

• Participating in professional development opportunities and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• A relevant qualification in teaching education, childcare, or a related field

• Proven experience working with children in a daycare, tuition centre, or primary school care

• A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to supporting their development and well-being

• Excellent organisational and planning abilities with attention to detail

• A good understanding of child development theories and age-appropriate practices

• Patience, creativity, and the ability to remain calm and responsive in a busy environment

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies
