Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes and other bakery products according to recipes and standards.
• Handle dough preparation, mixing, proofing, baking and finishing processes.
• Ensure products meet the required quality, taste, appearance and freshness standards.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers and proofers safely.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards throughout the bakery area.
• Assist with daily preparation, production and stock handling.
• Follow production schedules and ensure products are ready according to daily requirements.
• Work closely with the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Bakery Manager.

Requirements

• Previous bakery experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for baking are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety.
• Able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Good teamwork, discipline and attention to detail.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
