DC Thomson Hiring! Full Time Junior Content Specialist in - Ricebowl

Introductory content role focused on developing independent content delivery capabilities. Produces high-quality content independently, owns small content projects, contributes in planning sessions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research

• Undertake industry and marketing research to support content development.
• Take part in client research, both desk research and assistance with client research (including workshops, interviews, and more).

 Planning

• Assist with content planning and scheduling.

 Execution

• Prepare a wide range of content to support with client activities, including working with creative colleagues on visual, video, animated, interactive and other content types.
• Support campaign implementation across social, web, and other digital channels.
• Adhere to agreed client styleguides.

 Optimization

• Apply basic SEO and analytics practices to improve content.

 General

• Ensure products and services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure all Fifth Ring systems and processes are adhered to at all times.
• Support colleagues in all Fifth Ring locations through proactive creativity, consultivity and visibility
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Essential:

• Effective content writing skills
• Ability to source supporting data and research
• Creative mindset
• Attention to detail
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Eagerness to learn, take direction, and contribute to a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desirable:

• Academic background in marketing, communications, or business
• Internship or experience in a content development environment
• Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, or content creation tools
