Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Healthcare/Medical
Position Title: Dental Receptionist
Working Location: Yishun/Seletar
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Between 9AM – 8.30PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + VB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Perform front counter reception duties
Answer phone calls and attend to enquiries
Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
Register patients and update records
Prepare and dispense medications as instructed
Handle cash, electronic payments, and NETS transactions
Perform general administrative tasks
Scan and file receipts and documents
Perform data entry using Excel
Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Dentist

Minimum GCE N-Levels/O-Levels
Relevant experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
Must be willing to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) based on operational needs
