Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT staffing and recruitment services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Hiring Managers, Procurement teams, and business leaders.
• Develop new client accounts and expand existing business relationships.
• Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable IT staffing / staff augmentation solutions.
• Drive business for contract staffing, permanent hiring, and staff augmentation services.
• Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand business requirements.
• Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and service presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, rates, and agreements with clients.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/sales trackers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging staffing opportunities.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion and repeat business.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, client meetings, opportunities, and closures.
• Ensure a smooth transition from business development to recruitment/delivery teams after securing new requirements.
