Google Ads Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We're looking for a reliable Freelance Google Ads Specialist to manage a portfolio of client accounts. Most accounts are already stable, so the focus is on monitoring performance, making ongoing optimizations, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent client support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across assigned accounts.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Google Ads, GTM, and GA4 tracking issues.
• Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) when required.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly during 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (working days).
• Communicate recommendations and performance updates to clients.
• Manage approximately 10+ client accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
• Basic knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is a plus.
