Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Handle full set of accounts entries, AP/AR and bank reconciliation
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and supplier payments
  • Assist with monthly payroll and CPF submissions
  • Support GST filing, year-end closing and audit

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience
  • Knowledge of Xero or QuickBooks is an advantage
  • Proficient in Excel, meticulous with numbers
