We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to support the EAST Programme for private housing and condominiums.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate site survey and installation appointments with homeowners.
• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
• Follow up on customer requests, feedback and pending appointments.
• Update case status, appointment details and customer information in the system.
• Monitor case progress and coordinate schedule changes with relevant parties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level.
• Minimum 2 years of public relations/customer service experience in HDB upgrading projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality with a friendly and professional disposition.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable handling phone calls and communicating with homeowners.
• Able to work 5.5 days per week
