Job Title: Operations Executive

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 7AM-4PM / 10AM-7PM

Top Clean & Clear is a fast-growing professional cleaning service based in Petaling Jaya. As our service coverage expands, we are looking for an Operations Executive who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to keep our daily service operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Scheduling: Organize and coordinate daily cleaning schedules and team assignments.

- Client & Team Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for customer appointments, schedule updates, and service inquiries.

- Field Support & Operations: Coordinate closely with cleaners and drivers to ensure on-time job delivery. Drive to locations when needed to send cleaners or support operations.

- Problem-Solving: Handle last-minute schedule adjustments, emergencies, and staff replacements efficiently.

- Quality & Attendance Monitoring: Track daily staff attendance, follow up on customer feedback, and maintain high service standards.

- Reporting & Admin: Keep operational records updated using Google Sheets and internal systems while assisting with general office duties.

Requirements

- Must possess an own car and a valid driving licence (willing to drive for operational support).

- Proficient in basic computer tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email, Laptop).

- Strong communication and coordination skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and capable of multi-tasking under minimal supervision.

- Highly organized, dependable, and punctual.
