KIP Property Services Hiring! Full Time Facilities - Maintenance Supervisor in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

• Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to the facilities and maintenance team, including technicians and junior staff.
• Delegate tasks, prioritize work orders, and ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules are followed.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide on-the-job training to enhance team performance and technical skills.
• Develop and follow a schedule for preventive maintenance on systems like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Ensure all building facilities and equipment are regularly maintained and serviced within the required timeframe.
• To make daily routine site inspection of the specific property assigned.
• Ensure repairs are completed quickly and effectively.
• Schedule and oversee work done by outside vendors and contractors. Ensure their work meets quality and safety standards.
• Ensure all work meets health and safety regulations.
• Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available and well-maintained.
• Order replacement parts and supplies as needed, maintaining budget control and cost efficiency.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records.
• Execute or perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior.
• Works with Assistant Facilities & Maintenance Manager to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies and assess skills needed to complete tasks

AD-Hoc:

• Carry out any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
