Responsibilities
Working hour
- Mon to Thur: 7.30 am to 5 pm
- Fri: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm
- Provide teaching and learning support to teachers
- Label and keep records of Science teaching/learning materials and lab resources; maintain loan records
- Pack and organise Science Rooms; ensure cleanliness and readiness for lessons
- Ensure lab equipment, materials, and specimens are in good working condition; conduct yearly stock-take and maintain stock book
- Ensure proper disposal of waste materials
- Ensure safety of students in Science Rooms; report incidents and maintain incident log book
- Check first aid box and safety devices are in working order
- Provide admin/logistical support for Science competitions, assessments, and programmes
- Assist in safety briefings (Laboratory Safety, equipment awareness)
- Any other duties assigned by the School
- Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec (ITE) in Science or related field, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Digital/admin proficiency (Google Forms, Excel spreadsheets, booking systems)
