The candidate shall report to Head of Group Human Resources or Head of Business Human Resources, partnering closely with business leaders to drive organizational performance, talent development and sustainable growth across regions.

We welcome candidates with strong experience in HR business partnering, reward strategies and implementation as well as HR operations optimisation.

Responsibilities
We shall tailor your role as one of the followings with reference to your track record and career aspirations.

Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management of assigned Corporate Functions or Business Units. Translate business priorities into people strategies and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and business performance. Lead the full spectrum of HR activities focusing on rewards and performance management, talent acquisition and maximisation of human capital returns. Provide with business leadership advice on complex employee matters, support organizational development and transformation initiatives. Ensure HR policies, practices and workforce strategies are aligned with business objectives, governance requirements and local market needs.

Lead the development, implementation and governance of the Company's total rewards strategies and HR policy framework, in support of business transformation and a highly performance driven culture. Develop policies and guidelines to ensure alignment across Business HR. Bridge communication across parent company and various stakeholders with business HR, in order to ensure compliance standards and effective planning and deployment of resources. Act as a corporate enabler to business units and drive operational optimisation across the Company.

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 12-15 years of relevant HR experience, preferably gained in large, complex or multi-location organizations
• Experience with HR systems, HR analytics and digital HR initiatives would be an advantage
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions
• Solid understanding of employment legislation, best HR practices
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
