Marketing executives / assistance to assist the Manager / HOD to develop the marketing campaigns / events and all related activities to promote the development. The role shall encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities. Marketing executives / assistance should be working closely with other employees / external parties in areas such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating for develop the perspective for the project such as: compile quotations, setting of angles, colour testing, layout illustration
• Assist in coordinating with design agency for logo, marketing brochure, directional signage, billboard, bunting, banner, newspaper ads, online banner and flyer design
• Assist in coordinating for model maker to develop architecture model
• Preparing documents for submission of application and renewal DLAP such as: BM & English brochure, BM & English billboard, bunting, banner, newspaper ads, flyer, online banner and directional
• Assist in coordinating on the product website development from compile information, website structure, images and go-live
• Assist for preparation of sales kits for real estate agencies
• Assist to compile of project kits for banker end-financing
• Identify location for billboards and signage for superior or management decision
• Preparation of invitation for launching campaign
• Assist on preparation of marketing campaign such as road shows, private events and online sales campaigns

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
