Laubros Holdings (M) Hiring! Full Time SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

1. Report to HSE Manager or Project Manager if any non-conformance is encountered, ensuring immediate action is taken to address issues.

2. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations at the construction site.

3. Train all site personnel on safety procedures and best practices to promote a culture of safety.

4. Liaise with relevant authorities regarding all project and site safety matters, ensuring effective communication and compliance.

5. Maintain a safety and health monitoring system for the company across all projects.

6. Prepare for JKKP inspections and maintain compliance with JKKP standards and requirements.

7. Assist or collaborate HSE Manager to review the effectiveness and suitability of site safety and health management systems through regular meetings and reports.

8. Work closely with site representatives on all aspects of project and site safety to ensure cohesive operations.

9. Monitor compliance with local authority requirements, including those set by JKKP, CIDB, and the Ministry of Safety and Health.

10. Ensure and monitor that all plant and equipment have the necessary "PMT" approval.

11. Monitor and ensure all workers possess a valid CIDB "Green Card" and that foreign workers have valid work permits before entering the construction site.

12. Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping practices at the site in collaboration with site supervisors.

13. Ensure all operators have the appropriate licenses and certifications.

14. Conduct safety toolbox meetings on a bi-weekly basis to reinforce safety practices and address any concerns.

15. Ensure that all scaffolding is tagged and complies with local authority requirements.

16. Ensure the proper implementation of ISO-related records and inspections for all on-site work activities.

17. Participate in and undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by Management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
