Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Act as a liaison between project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure availability of resources on site
• Assist in planning work sequences and resolving site-related issues
• Track project costs, invoices, and purchase orders in coordination with the finance team
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local construction codes
• Organize site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, permits, contracts, and change orders
• Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks as required
• Identify potential delays or risks and report them to management promptly

Requirement

• Candidate must possess diploma or degree in any field
• Candidate must have experience in a related field
• Willing to work Alternative Shift base on Schedule on site
• Able to work with team and Multi task
