Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of overall accounting functions and reporting for Fertilizers business.

• Assist in divisional reporting and statutory reporting.

• Responsible for the preparation and submission of Monthly Management Reports, Quarterly Reports, Country-By-Country Reporting and etc.

• Perform day-to-day processing of accounts payable function including verifying and posting transactions in a timely manner.

• Prepare bank reconciliation and creditor reconciliation as well as to identify and follow up on the discrepancies.

• To liaise closely with internal and external auditors as well as furnish relevant accounting records and working papers.

• Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have Bachelor Degree in Accounting or its equivalent. Professional Qualification in Accounting (i.e.: ACCA, MIA etc) or progress towards certification will be an added advantage.

• Preferably candidates with minimum 3-5 years of working experience in accounts payable or accounting related matters for this position.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS/ IFRS).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Analytical, proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.

• Full-time position is available at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee KL.

Working Hour:

Monday to Thursday: 9am - 6pm

Friday: 9am - 5.30pm

Saturday (Alternate): 9am - 12.30pm
